On Sunday, we invited our Zyouths from Balmoral and Parkway Parade to a full day of fun, competitive fencing for new and old fencers alike.

On Friday, Oct 17 '08, we welcomed selected Shape readers to experience the sport of fencing. Through the session, participants learned about the history of the sport, practiced basic defence and attack moves and fenced each other in mini-bouts.
Participants got to understand first-hand the mental & physical demands of the sport. All the participants left tired, excited and happy - a great Friday workout!

In February, Z Fencing welcomed the team at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care (Asia Pacific) to its Z Edge Corporate Programme. Through Z Edge, corporate values such as focus, speed, agility and team work were reinforced in a fun-filled environment.
