Craving for more party atmosphere after the very successful 2003 Z Gala, we made it bigger and noisier at the Swiss Club for 2004. This time, close to 200 friends from around the world joined us for a weekend of fencing fun!

Our godfather, Orazio "Aramis" Coco, wants it to be known that he came back and successfully defended his Epee Crown. Who are we to argue with the godfather? Salut!

In early December 2009, Z Fencing welcomed fencing champion, legend and Olympic Games 2000 Medalist, Ralf Bissdorf to Singapore.

Brought in exclusively as part of Z Fencing's "The Best Inspire" series, Ralf worked closely with our coaches and fencers in their training and competitions.

We hope to have Ralf back with us again soon as we work our way to the Olympics!

In July, Z Fencing welcomed the officers from the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) into its Z Edge corporate fencing programme.

During the fun-filled session, the officers from ICA got to understand first-hand their own strengths and how to maximize them. The night ended with a hearty challenge among the team and drinks all round.

We had a jolly good time bringing together our Zketeers and Zyouth for three days of fencing fun.
